Anton Piralkov founded Canada Hill Advisors in Toronto in 2008 as an independent strategy practice focused on structural clarity and disciplined growth.
He is a strategy advisor and entrepreneur with over 26 years of cross-regional experience across the U.S. and Europe, having worked with startups, family businesses, SMEs, and large organizations — including Google.
Anton contributes as an External Strategy Mentor at the NOI Start-up Incubator in Bolzano, where he supports selected early-stage companies on positioning, growth structuring, and decision discipline.
His advisory work emphasizes long-term positioning, capability coherence, and structured decision-making under constraint.
The intellectual foundation of his work is articulated in the Canada Hill Strategic Doctrine.
