Canada Hill Advisors is an independent strategy practice founded in Toronto in 2008. We work with family and owner-led businesses, established SMEs, and industrial companies on questions of strategy, growth, markets, and business direction.
Our work is led by founder Anton Piralkov, with additional expertise and project support brought in where appropriate.
Anton Piralkov, MBA
Founder & Independent Strategy Advisor
Anton works with owners and leadership teams on the questions that arise as businesses develop — where to focus, which opportunities to pursue, how to approach new markets, how to manage increasing complexity, and what the next stage of the business should look like.
He brings nearly three decades of corporate leadership, entrepreneurial, and advisory experience across North America and Europe. His earlier experience includes senior leadership roles with Google, Modern Times Group, and Vivacom. He holds an MBA in Corporate Strategy and Entrepreneurship from Drexel University in Philadelphia.
His approach starts with understanding the business itself — its owners, ambitions, strengths, constraints, and character. He brings an experienced, independent perspective to the decisions that matter.

Ian Jensen
Industry Advisor, Calgary
Based in Calgary, Ian brings 25 years of experience across technology and industrial products in Canada and internationally.
His background spans technology strategy, product development, commercialization and business development.
Ian works with management teams on product positioning, technology-driven growth and the practical requirements of entering and developing new international markets.
Nick Petkoff, MBA
Strategy Advisor, New York
Based in New York City, Nick brings 30 years of experience across business, technology, real estate, and entrepreneurship.
He has worked with entrepreneurs, private owners, and management teams on business development, growth, and commercial opportunities.
Nick is Chair of the Real Estate Investment group at the Wharton Club of New York and has published in multiple trade journals. He holds an MBA from the University of Pennsylvania.
Jenny Lou, CPA
Finance Advisor, Vancouver
Based in Vancouver, Jenny is a Chartered Professional Accountant with 20 years of experience supporting industrial and growth-oriented businesses in Canada.
Her background spans corporate finance, planning, investment and strategic analysis, with particular knowledge and experience across the Canadian and Chinese markets. She is fluent in English and Mandarin.

Riccardo Mazzurco
Strategy Advisor, Trieste
Based in Trieste, Riccardo brings four decades of hands-on international experience as an entrepreneur, investor, and advisor across technology, industrial, and high-growth sectors.
He has advised startups, SMEs, and established businesses on strategy and international development.
At Canada Hill Advisors, Riccardo contributes senior perspective, independent judgment, and strategic challenge to selected engagements.
Paola Baldracchi
Sales Advisor, Brescia
Based in Brescia, Paola brings over 25 years of experience in international market development and commercial leadership.
She works with Italian SMEs on international expansion and market development across EMEA, APAC, and LATAM, helping develop sales networks and international partnerships and build and train sales teams.
Paola experience spans interim CCO roles with direct responsibility for commercial development and market entry, as well as university teaching at Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Brescia and the School of Innovation of the University of Trento, with a practical focus on internationalization and marketing.
