Who we are.

We also employ professionals from the management consulting field and distinguished business professors from leading international universities in their advising capacity.
Legally, we work under the name of Canada Hill International Business Advisors Inc., a Canadian federal corporation, based in Toronto, Canada, and operating internationally. Our activities are regulated by the Canadian corporate law.
All our team members hold business degrees from leading global universities, have specialized in fields, directly related to the corporate governance functions in which they operate, and are thoroughly prepared in both theory and practice.
Our collective skills are well-balanced by area of expertise and for that reason our professionals are particularly and exclusively designated by role, such as experienced CEOs, financial directors, chief accountants, marketing and sales directors, chief operating officers, technical and IT managers, legal counsels, and many more.

What types of interim assignments we can handle.
The range of our interim management capabilities includes newly established or recently acquired companies, corporations in distress, entities or business units which are being prepared for sale or merger, firms in need of additional managerial help temporarily due to a specific situation, or any combination of the above interim management requirements.
The length of our projects varies and is usually between 3 and 24 months. In some worthwhile cases we even consider prolonging the assignments of our staff to a period which borders the classic permanent employment.
